INTERNATIONAL IT FEST 2016 & INTERNET ECONOMY SUMMIT
Hong Kong stages an annual International IT Fest, which bundles a number of large-scale ICT events spanning a diversity of domains, including FinTech, big data, smart city, Internet of Things, startups, e-commerce, information security, mobile technology, cloud computing, digital inclusion and ICT education. Apart from signature anchors such as Hong Kong ICT Awards Presentation Ceremony and the International ICT Expo, the Fest will also feature the inaugural Internet Economy Summit hosted by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on 13 April to share world leaders’ vision of economic changes brought by the Internet. We have invited IT leaders including executives from Alibaba, Facebook, Microsoft and Xiaomi, etc. to be the keynote/panel speakers. We are also honoured to invite Mr. CY Leung, the Chief Executive of the HKSAR, and Mr. Lu Wei, the Director of Cyberspace Administration of China, as the Guests of Honour for the Summit. International IT Fest 2016 is a platform for overseas and local ICT professionals to share knowledge and exchange insights on technological trends and developments.
